NEXGARD SPECTRA chewable tablets are indicated in dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age or older for: - the treatment and control of flea (Ctenocephalides felis) infestations,the treatment and control of Dermacentor variabilis (American Dog Ticks), Ixodes scapularis (Blacklegged Ticks) and Amblyomma americanum (Lone Star Ticks) - the prevention of heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis) (see CAUTIONS), - the treatment and control of intestinal nematode infections caused by adult hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum), adult roundworms (Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonina) and adult whipworms (Trichuris vulpis).
