Inflate inner plastic vinyl air bladder by mouth until it feels full and then close the zipper. Thread your pet's collar through the loop inside and the Air Bumper and place over your pet's head and secure the collar. Additional Velcro nylon straps at the bottom, on the outside of the Air Bumper.
